In the event of closure of the ravine for reasons beyond our control (adverse weather conditions or other reasons), an alternative hiking excursion will be made in the Teno Rural Park and the amount of the excursion will not be refunded to the user.
Minimum registration: Prices from 5 people (adults). In the event of not reaching the minimum number of registrations, we will notify you at least one day in advance.
In that case you can choose another date, another activity, request a refund or carry out the activity assuming its minimum cost from (€ 250 depending on the collection area).
With more than 48 hours in advance, the change or cancellation will not entail any cost and 100% of the charged rate will be returned.
In case of change, the new date will be selected within a maximum of one year.
Only a maximum of two changes will be accepted.
Changes with less than 48 hours notice will not be accepted, only cancellations.
In case of cancellation within a period of less than 48 hours, 50% of the charged rate will be refunded.
