In the event of closure of the ravine for reasons beyond our control (adverse weather conditions or other reasons), an alternative hiking excursion will be made in the Teno Rural Park and the amount of the excursion will not be refunded to the user.
Minimum registration: Prices from 5 people (adults). In the event of not reaching the minimum number of registrations, we will notify you at least one day in advance.
In that case you can choose another date, another activity, request a refund or carry out the activity assuming its minimum cost from (€ 175 depending on the collection area).
With more than 48 hours in advance, the change or cancellation will not entail any cost and 100% of the charged rate will be returned.
In case of change, the new date will be selected within a maximum of one year.
Only a maximum of two changes will be accepted.
* With 48 hours or less in advance: Changes with less than 48 hours in advance are not allowed, only cancellations.
In case of cancellation, 50% of the charged fee will be refunded.
* No refunds will be made if you do not attend at the time of booking without having previously requested a change or cancellation.
