In case of cancellation within a period of less than 48 hours, 50% of the charged rate will be refunded.

In case of not fulfilling any of the conditions, rules, equipment and necessary documentation, the personnel of the company in charge will deny access and no type of refund will be made (Be careful especially with the footwear. It has to be mountain and with good drawing on the sole).
